Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work extensively on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts as required.
• Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM .
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development .
• Experience with:

• Script Includes
• ACLs
• Workflows / Flow Designer
• Notifications
• Catalog Items
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs .
• Good understanding of JavaScript .
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
