Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Mahadev Polytech. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support marketing objectives. Daily tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing posting schedules, optimizing content for each platform, and monitoring trends relevant to the company’s industry. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. Collaboration with internal teams for content ideas, coordinating visual and written assets, and maintaining consistent brand voice are key responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize social media campaigns and calendars.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing metrics.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role is beneficial.
• A background in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial; formal education or certifications in social media or digital marketing are an advantage.
