Job Responsibilities:Part programming of CNC machines, process development, and customer training in a manufacturing environmentConduct pre-sale activities including customer visits, machine assessment, and recommendationsMaking accurate cost estimates, writing engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specificationsInterpreting part prints, plans, and specificationsCreate time studies and perform first part run offProgramming, setup, and training of CNC lathes and CNC vertical or horizontal millsProvide customer support via phone and travel to customer sitesAlign and interface bar feed unitTravel required in tri-state area (up to 50%), domestic and internationalOther duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications & Skills:7-10+ years xzbcwsv of programming and machinist experience with CNC machinesCustomer facing application engineering experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office requiredExcellent and effective communication skillsHigh School or equivalent; some college courses preferredTravel required – local (up to 50%), domestic and international
