We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to join the recruiting team of a Fortune 100 company. This position will support hiring across various corporate business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning, and Business Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and hiring manager partnership. This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across various corporate functions.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery against hiring targets.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Track recruiting metrics, monitor pipeline progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage market research and talent insights to identify sourcing opportunities and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Operations, or Program Management.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to improve hiring strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
