Hiring: Senior: Career Advisor / Admission Counselor / Admission Counselor

Location: Gharuan, Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,500 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic professionals to help aspiring students make informed academic choices and become a part of one of India's leading universities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, Whats App, and email

Counsel students on programs, eligibility, scholarships, fees, and admission processes

Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions

Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead status

Achieve admission and enrollment targets consistently

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Admissions, Education Sales, or Admission Counselling

Experience in Education/Ed Tech industry preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
