Direct Support Professional II Salary Range $20.50 - $24.50/awake hours; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-3p. Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha's Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at nonFranklin Street programs on Martha's Vineyard.
