Hiring: Lead Technical Program Manager (L6) Pune
We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager (L6) in Pune.
✅ Experience: 5-7+ Years
✅ Location: Pune
✅ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Must-Have Skills:
- overall 5+ and must 2-3+ years of Technical Program Management in recent experience
- Strong Agile/SAFe expertise
- End-to-end program delivery ownership
- Risk, dependency & stakeholder management
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering teams
- Experience working with global/distributed teams
- Payments / FinTech / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
Considerable Background:
- Started career as a Software Developer or QA Engineer and transitioned into Technical Management will be considered
- Experience in both Product and Technical Management
❌ Pure Scrum Masters, PMO Profiles, and non-technical Project Managers will not be considered.
