You'll gain hands-on exposure to the different sides of logistics, including operations, customer service, account management, brokerage, and sales.As you develop, we'll work with you to identify where your strengths fit best and help you grow into a long-term role within Express.
What You'll LearnYou'll build a strong foundation in transportation and third-party logistics, including:How freight moves from pickup to deliveryFTL, expedite, and other transportation servicesShipment tracking and customer communicationFreight quoting, pricing, and marginsCarrier and driver communicationCustomer service and problem solvingAccount management and relationship buildingSales, prospecting, and business developmentUsing logistics and sales technologyHow operations, sales, and customer service work togetherYou'll also gain real-world experience working alongside our operations, account management, brokerage, and sales teams.

Degrees in business, supply chain, logistics, communications, marketing, or related fields are helpful, but not required.
Compensation & Growth: $40,000–$50,000 starting base salary, with opportunities for increased earning potential, commission, and career advancement into sales, account management, operations, or other specialized roles upon successful completion of the training program.
