Job Description:
VSS Group is looking for an experienced AI Trainer and Automation Enablement Specialist to train Operations Associates and Operational Leaders on leveraging Claude Desktop to drive operational efficiency, workflow automation, documentation intelligence, reporting optimization, and AI-assisted decision-making across Commercial Banking Operations.
The goal of this initiative is to build an AI-first operational culture where all associates become proficient in using Claude Desktop to streamline daily operations, improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and identify automation opportunities across banking workflows.
Key Objectives
Train Operations Associates, Analysts, Team Leads, and Managers on effective usage of Claude Desktop
Establish a structured “Claude Certified Operations Associate” program
Enable teams to identify and automate repetitive operational processes
Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflow documentation, SOP creation, reporting, and operational analysis
Introduce prompt engineering best practices tailored for Commercial Banking Operations
Help create reusable AI templates, workflows, and operational playbooks
Foster a culture of AI-driven continuous improvement and operational transformation
Responsibilities
Conduct live virtual and/or onsite training sessions
Develop beginner-to-advanced Claude Desktop training curriculum
Train staff on:
Prompt engineering fundamentals
Workflow automation ideation
AI-assisted operational analysis
Process documentation generation
Email and communication optimization
Reporting and data summarization
SOP and procedure drafting
Risk-aware AI usage in banking operations
Create hands-on exercises and certification assessments
Build role-based AI use cases for:
ACH Operations
Treasury Operations
Commercial Banking Operations
Loan Operations
Payment Operations
Customer Support & Servicing
Assist leadership in identifying high-value automation opportunities
Provide office hours and ongoing AI adoption support
Required Qualifications
Certified or demonstrable expert-level experience with Claude Desktop
Prior experience training enterprise teams on AI tools and workflow automation
Strong understanding of banking operations and operational processes
Experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Payments, or Financial Operations preferred
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
Familiarity with operational transformation and process optimization initiatives
Ability to simplify AI concepts for non-technical operational teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing AI enablement programs within Financial Services
Knowledge of prompt libraries, AI governance, and responsible AI practices
Experience integrating AI into operational excellence or Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
Exposure to automation tools and workflow platforms
