We are looking for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver exceptional, high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion, dedication, and collaboration, ensuring every hospitalized patient receives safe and timely care. Key Responsibilities:

• Hospital Cross-Coverage: develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized adult patients in collaboration with physicians, residents, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
• Maintain documentation in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory standards

Opportunity Details:

• Night Shift Schedule : 3 12-hour shifts/week, 7pm-7am.
• Shift differential of $125 per shift
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans

• CME days plus allowance
• Paid malpractice

Requirements:

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Current Arizona license or in process
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
• Experienced ACNP or PA with a background in Acute Care, Cardiology, GI, or Inpatient Medicine - or new grads with bedside, ED, ICU, or SWAT experience - are encouraged to apply!
