We’re seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while partnering closely with operations, sales, and leadership. What You’ll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze revenue, margin, expenses, inventory, and profitability
- Prepare monthly reports, KPIs, and variance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and sales
- Support month-end close and improve reporting processes
- Use NetSuite or Oracle to enhance reporting and efficiency
- Assist with pricing analysis, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
- Background in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or related industry
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Hands-on NetSuite or Oracle experience
- Strong Excel, communication, and business partnering skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
