Hiring: Team Leader – E-commerce Seller Support | Pune

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – E-commerce Seller Support to lead an international marketplace support team.

Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 Seller Support Associates.
• Drive team performance on KPIs including CSAT, AHT, FCR, Quality, and SLA.
• Handle merchant/customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, WFM, and Operations to achieve business goals.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of overall experience in Seller Support, Customer Support, E-commerce, or Marketplace Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
• Hands-on experience in Seller Central, Marketplace Operations, Merchant Support, or E-commerce processes is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
