2. Executive – Revenue Operations (Abandoned Cart Recovery) - B2C Experience: 4 year Must have: Travel industry background (Eg: MMT, Goibibo, Yatra.com etc) and abandoned cart recovery experience Relevant backgrounds: Outbound Calling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Retention or Customer Success Budget / CTC: ₹8 - 10 LPA (Fixed) This is primarily a B2C role , involving outbound calls to customers who abandoned their purchase journey, understanding objections and assisting them toward conversion. Strong persuasion, objection handling, rapport-building and customer engagement skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with contact, productivity and conversion targets . E-commerce/digital commerce and Salesforce/CRM experience will be preferred. Common Role Details Working Schedule / Shift Timings: 9-hour shift; timings are flexible—10:00 AM–7:00 PM Work Model: Work From Office (WFO) | 5 days a week Location: Hauz Khas, South Delhi
