Sales Engineer – Industrial Chillers | Karnataka

Manufacturing Excellence Solutions LLP (MES) is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive the sales of Hexacool Industrial Chillers & Process Cooling Solutions across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers through regular field visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and drive follow-ups & order closures. Build strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing customers. Coordinate with technical teams for product selection and support. Achieve sales and business development targets.

Who We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in B2 B / Industrial Technical Sales preferred. Candidates from chillers, HVAC, plastics machinery, automation, compressors, pumps, machine tools or other industrial equipment are welcome. Industry experience is not mandatory—a strong sales attitude and willingness to learn are more important. Good communication, customer-facing confidence and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka. Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields preferred. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
