Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all customer-related concerns and requirements. The role involves proactively communicating with customers, understanding their concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective resolution without unnecessary escalation. The Customer Retention Manager will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening customer retention for Rankawat Group.

• Proven experience in customer relationship management and customer retention
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Experience in managing post-sales customer relationships
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues without escalation
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
