Broad Function:

We are looking to hire high-acumen, aggressive BDE’S based in India who can hunt, engage, and generate qualified meetings for international markets including EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and the US . This role requires strong outbound skills, confidence in engaging senior decision-makers, and the ability to own and build a pipeline across global regions.

This is a strategic, high-ownership role for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about technology, logistics, and solving real-world problems in delivery infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach

Targeting & ICP Identification - Identify and target the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across assigned regions

Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with CXOs, operations heads, and senior decision-makers in international markets.

Objection Handling & Meeting Conversion - Handle objections confidently and drive conversations toward qualified meetings.

Regional Ownership & Accountability- Own a specific region or market and be accountable for:

Meetings booked

Pipeline creation

Opportunity quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align on messaging and target accounts.

CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting in CRM tools
