Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Insurance Claims Operations Associate to manage intake, documentation, and follow-up work that keeps cases moving from first report through resolution. You will work with internal systems and AI-assisted tools alongside cross-functional partners to ensure accurate creation and progression of each case.
The role is fully remote, reporting to a Supervisor, Insurance Claims Operations, with onboarding in weeks 1–6.
