What We Offer: Registered Nurse (RN) - General Medical Surgical - Telemetry Schedule: 7am-7pm - full time - night shift Department: General Medical Surgical - Telemetry Location: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston-Salem, NC We are a 30‑bed adult acute care unit offering medical‑telemetry (Med‑Tele) services, bridging general medical‑surgical care and intensive care. Our typical RN‑to‑patient ratio is 1:5. We emphasize a collaborative, team‑nursing model in which staff assist with admissions, medication passes, and resource needs to provide exceptional care.
