Duties and Responsibilities:Defend professionals, insurers, and corporate clients in professional liability, employment, commercial, and general liability matters.Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy under partner guidance.Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.Develop strong litigation skills with real responsibility and mentorship.
