Architect / Assistant Architect – Corporate & Industrial Projects

Position: Architect / Assistant Architect

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience Required

Relevant professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Design Coordination, or Project Execution is mandatory.

Degree Holders (B.Arch or B Tech(civil) or Equivalent): 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Diploma / ITI Holders: 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.

About the Role

Vasu Design Works is inviting applications for the position of Architect / Assistant Architect for deployment at Hero MotoCorp, Gurgaon. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural and interior design coordination, preparation of working and execution drawings, vendor and consultant coordination, and site-related activities to ensure smooth project delivery across corporate and industrial projects.

This is a one-year contractual position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and design documentation.

Develop working drawings, execution drawings, tender documentation, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Conduct site visits for coordination, supervision, progress monitoring, and quality checks.

Assist in the preparation of BOQs, material specifications, and presentation documentation.

Ensure design intent, project requirements, and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and version control.

Support the resolution of design and execution-related issues during project implementation.

Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications may apply:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Diploma in Architecture

Diploma in Interior Design

ITI in a relevant drafting/design discipline

Interior Design qualification from a recognized institution

B. Tech (Civil)

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.

Strong understanding of architectural and interior fit-out drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.

Knowledge of materials, specifications, and execution processes.

Experience in vendor, consultant, and site coordination.

Ability to prepare BOQs and technical documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
