GENERAL GASTROENTEROLOGY OPPORTUNITY - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

A large, physician-led health system in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing Gastroenterology program. The incoming physician will join an established team with immediate patient demand and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

* Join an established team consisting of 1 Advanced Gastroenterologist and 1 General Gastroenterologist, with plans to grow to a 4-physician practice

* Seeking a bread-and-butter General Gastroenterologist; ERCP experience welcomed but not required

* Shared 1:4 call schedule supported by locum tenens coverage

* Approximately 3.5 to 4 procedure days per week with 1 dedicated clinic day

* Dedicated inpatient APP support

* Hospitalists manage admissions while Gastroenterology serves as a consultative service

* Brand-new clinic located adjacent to the hospital

* Attached ambulatory surgery center with future physician investment opportunities available

* Strong multidisciplinary support from Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, and Hospital Medicine

* Cancer care affiliation with a nationally recognized cancer network

* Physician-led organization with strong administrative support and scheduling flexibility

* H-1B candidates will be considered

* J-1 visa sponsorship is not available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

* Competitive compensation package with a 2-year guaranteed salary

* Opportunity to transition to a wRVU-based compensation model after 12 months if productivity exceeds the guarantee
