Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certified

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Allen, Adams, Dekalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, Lagrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley counties
