Role Overview: The Graduate Trainee – Public Relations will support the PR team in executing communication strategies, managing media relations, and strengthening brand reputation across platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate and brand communications, media coordination, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing press releases, media notes, pitches, and other communication materials.

• Support media outreach activities and maintain media databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for PR campaigns and events.

• Track media coverage, prepare coverage reports, and assist in analysis.

• Monitor news, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to clients/brands.

• Support execution of PR campaigns, product launches, and press events.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with media and vendors as required. Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Final-year students from Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of media landscape and PR concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills: • Candidate must know Kannada for Bangalore location

• Basic knowledge of digital and social media platforms is an added advantage.
