Role Description

IMK Architects are looking to hire a highly motivated Junior architect (2 to 3 years experience ) with a flair for design.

This is a full-time, Mumbai office based job for a Junior Architect. The Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of Educational architectural projects, conducting site visits, and collaborating with senior architects on various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs and drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations and assisting in monitoring execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural software skills like Autocad, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop etc
• Experience of working on a project from Concept to execution is preferred.
• Familiarity with Residential and Educational projects is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture minimum qualification.
