We're Hiring: Cinematic Video Editor
Remote | Full-Time About the role:
We're looking for a skilled and creative YouTube Long-Form Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. If you love turning raw footage into engaging content — this role is for you. Quality Benchmark (Must Watch Before Applying):
This is the editing quality we expect: The Role: Cinematic Video Editor What You'll Work On:
Daily Output
Edit 2 minutes of high-quality footage per day Content Type:
Editing 8-15 minute YouTube videos (mostly talking-head educational content) Storytelling:
Structure videos with strong narrative flow, pacing, and retention techniques Enhancements:
Add motion graphics, transitions, clean text animations, and engaging visuals Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and strategy team to maintain consistent quality What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in long-form YouTube editing
Strong understanding of storytelling & audience retention
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects Bonus Skills: • Masking & advanced After Effects • Audio mixing and sound design • Motion graphics Job Details:
Salary: 6.5 LPA
Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
