We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant – CRM & Automation (Go High Level)

Remote | Part-time or Full-time

Rate: $5-$7 USD per hour

Closer Control is the all-in-one operating system for real estate wholesalers and investors. We help acquisition teams automate follow-up, manage deals, and close faster. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep Go High Level experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

CRM Management & Automation

Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in Go High Level Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs

IT Support & Customer Fulfillment

Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly Assist with new client onboarding and integration calls Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately

Client Interaction

Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client Provide training and ongoing support on using Go High Level effectively

Operations & Admin

Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule

What We're Looking For

Proven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on Go High Level expertise Strong automation and CRM process-building skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus Reliable internet connection and a proactive, detail-driven work style
