Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Position SummaryThe FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for a publicly traded company. This role partners with senior management to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and drive business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.Analyze revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and key performance indicators.Support quarterly earnings, SEC reporting, and investor relations activities.Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.Partner with department leaders to optimize costs and improve profitability.Enhance reporting processes, financial systems, and forecasting accuracy.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.Public company experience and knowledge of US GAAP preferred.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. xzbcwsv Experience with ERP, EPM, and BI tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI.Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
