Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and reduce overdue accounts
Lead, motivate, and manage the collections team to achieve departmental goals through coaching and performance management
Oversee data entry processes related to accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record-keeping
Coordinate with accounts payable teams to streamline payment processes and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Conduct analysis of collection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Utilize accounting software to monitor account statuses, generate reports, and track collection progress
Engage in telemarketing efforts when necessary to follow up on overdue accounts or negotiate payment arrangements
Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, ensuring clear, respectful, and effective interactions

Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights
