Emergency Medical Technician

AAC Southwest is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to support construction crews across active job sites in the Southwest region. The EMT will provide rapid on-site emergency medical care, triage, and stabilization for work-related injuries and illnesses, coordinating with safety managers and local EMS as needed. Responsibilities include daily readiness checks of medical equipment, maintaining treatment records, participating in safety meetings, and assisting with training on first aid and job-site health practices. This role requires strong judgment in dynamic field conditions, adherence to OSHA and company safety standards, and a calm, team-oriented approach under pressure.
