The main areas of focus include: Team Coaching, Client Management, Learning & Development, Onboarding / Internal Talent Attraction, and Business System Optimization.

Responsibilities:

Team Coaching Responsibilities

• Coach, Develop and Guide Recruiting Consultants on dealmaking activities
• Hold regular 1 on 1 meetings

Client Management

• Attend Client Calls
• Assist with Contract Negotiations, Job Order Intakes, etc.

Business System Optimization

• ATS Optimization
• ATS Integration Implementation

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead Hiring Initiatives
• Interview and Vet potential candidates

Learning & Development

• Create and Maintain Learning Modules
• Hold Regular Trainings
