Responsibilities Manage VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) Provision and manage virtual machines Monitor performance and resource utilization Manage HA, DRS, vMotion Perform migrations, snapshots, cloning Troubleshoot VMware issues Patch and upgrade infrastructure Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO Handle patching and security updates Monitor server performance Troubleshoot OS issues Provide L2/L3 support Handle incidents and escalations Perform RCA Ensure SLA compliance Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault) Perform restores and DR drills Qualifications B.E/B.Tech, Mtech, Msc Required Skills VMware vSphere experience Windows Server administration Active Directory knowledge Experience with 300 VMs
