M365 Platform Engineer

Role Summary The Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer is responsible for the engineering, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services in line with enterprise standards and governance. The role focuses on building, operating, and improving the M365 platform rather than end‑user support, training, or security operations. Engineers operate within a globally governed platform model, contributing specialist expertise while working as part of a cohesive M365 product team. Reporting Line Reports to: Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform Role Type: Individual Contributor (Engineer) Core Responsibilities (Common to All 5 Engineers) Platform Engineering & Operations Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 configurations aligned to agreed standards.
