Salary: $41,600 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a similar technical function.
• We strongly prefer experience with warehouse management systems such as Fishbowl WMS.
• Experience with POS platforms and electronic shelf label (ESL) systems is considered an asset.
• We require working knowledge of QuickBooks or comparable accounting and data systems.
• We need someone comfortable troubleshooting hardware, networking, and vendor-supported systems, including POS, scale, and connectivity issues.
• Strong documentation abilities are needed, including SOP development and training material creation.
• We require willingness to travel to store locations across the GTA as needed.
• A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle are required.
• We are looking for strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required, along with English, for regular communication with store-level staff.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is required.
• Experience in IT support or systems administration is preferred.
• Chinese language ability is required.

• We maintain daily data accuracy within the Fishbowl WMS across warehouse operations, including item, inventory, and location records.
• We provide first-line support for Fishbowl WMS and QuickBooks by diagnosing and resolving routine system issues.
• We train warehouse staff on Fishbowl WMS workflows and create as well as maintain the Warehouse Admin SOP and related training resources.
• We oversee the LBOSS POS system and electronic shelf label (ESL) system across store locations, and act as the main contact for POS and ESL vendors regarding support and system updates.
• We deliver on-site technical assistance at grocery store locations to resolve computer, POS, and payment system issues as they arise.
• We work with external service providers to troubleshoot and fix networking and connectivity concerns across locations.
• We diagnose and resolve issues with in-store weighing and scale systems, including Digi.
• We collaborate with buyers on product data setup and support communication between buyers and vendors.
• We address ad hoc operational issues and carry out administrative and systems projects assigned by ownership.
