We’re looking for a Client Servicing professional who understands the craft, respects the process, and knows how to hold both clients and creative to a high bar.

Experience: 3–5 years

Joining: Immediate

Location: Gurgaon 

Role :

Lead day-to-day client relationships with clarity, confidence, and ownership

Translate business problems into sharp, actionable briefs

Orchestrate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and digital

Drive timelines, push for better work, and ensure nothing leaves the door half-baked

Anticipate client needs and proactively bring ideas to the table

Must-haves:

Experience in an integrated advertising/creative agency

Strong narrative thinking — you can connect business, brand, and creative

High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity

Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sharpness

Taste. Judgment. And a genuine respect for good work
