Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts, processes, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Meet defined performance, quality, and customer-service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice/customer support .
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills .
