Bachelor's degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences. 5+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP FICO and RAR preferably with Global client Specialization in configuring and implementing SAP RAR (1.2/1.3 or S/4 HANA) to comply with IFRS 15/ASC 606 standards Managed performance obligations (POBs), contract management, and integration with SD/FI/CO modules Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a complex, multi-platform environment Extensive in client management working with various regions in a global setting Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions Responsible for providing support SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
