Meta Ad Expert

PureLogics is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple business segments and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B and high-ticket lead generation for US-based buyers, with a strong focus on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), building a qualified sales pipeline, and maximizing return on advertising spend.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), HubSpot integration, audience targeting, creative testing, and offline conversion tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Run Meta Ads campaigns across health-tech, PBM/340B/TPA, fintech, e-commerce, fashion, EdTech, entertainment, legal, telecom, mid-market businesses, and startups.
• Manage cold, retargeting, and SQL-based lookalike campaigns for tripwires, the $5K workshop, and AI workflow offers.
• Set up Meta Pixel, CAPI, and HubSpot offline conversion tracking, optimizing campaigns for SQLs.
• Build lead forms with 3 qualifying questions and ensure same-day lead handoff to the SDR.
• Launch 5–10 new creatives weekly and pause underperforming ads based on predefined kill rules.
• Ensure healthcare privacy compliance; never place PHI or pixel events on health pages.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience running B2B or high-ticket Meta Ads lead generation campaigns targeting US buyers.
• Proven results with real account data showing ad spend, cost per lead/SQL, and pipeline or revenue generated.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and HubSpot.
