Maintenance Engineer
A leading commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support medical office buildings.
- 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), electrical systems, controls, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Experience with rooftop HVAC, VAV systems, emergency generators, transfer switches, and chemical treatment
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, building upkeep, and emergency response
- Manage work orders and maintenance records using computer and mobile applications
- Read blueprints and troubleshoot building systems effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Self-directed, dependable team player with a customer-service mindset
