• Review US federal and state tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1041, along with extensions and amendments.

• Review tax workpapers, supporting documents, calculations, and schedules for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Identify missing information, tax inconsistencies, technical issues, and potential compliance risks and ensure timely resolution.

• Review returns for e-filing readiness and coordinate resolution of filing-related issues.

• Provide review comments and guide tax preparers on corrections, US tax concepts, and firm processes.

• Manage assigned review workload while ensuring quality, turnaround time, and tax-season deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate tax notes, review documentation, workpapers, and workflow updates while ensuring strict client confidentiality.

• Identify recurring errors and contribute to team training, process improvements, and quality enhancement.

:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Taxation / Tax Review.

• Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns.

• Experience with UltraTax, ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, or similar tax software preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with US CPA firms or accounting outsourcing firms is an advantage.
