JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Ayurveda Patient Co-ordinator Location: Kolathur, Chennai (Full Time) Experience: 0-2 Years of experience Role Summary The Ayurveda Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital. We have opened integrative Diabetes Clinic in collaboration with Dr. RK Diabetic Foot and Podiatry Institute. The role involves guiding patients to the Ayurveda kiosk, introducing them to the available Ayurveda services, answering basic queries, and coordinating consultations with the Ayurveda doctor. About Ayur.AI Ayur.AI is transforming personalized health and wellness through AI-powered Ayurveda solutions. Our platform provides users with tailored programs for Metabolic, Gut and Women's Health issues. We are opening multiple Integrative Diabetes Centers focused on addressing the root cause of diabetes through an integrative approach. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. Identify patients who may benefit from Ayurveda services. Guide patients to the Ayurveda kiosk. Explain the benefits and availability of Ayurveda treatment in simple, patient-friendly language. Encourage eligible patients to meet the Ayurveda doctor for a consultation. Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow to the consultation room. Maintain records of patient interactions, referrals, and consultations. Follow up with patients when required. Work closely with doctors and hospital staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi is an added advantage. Friendly, polite, and patient attitude. Confident and proactive personality. Ability to approach and engage patients comfortably. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Qualifications Any degree related to Medical, Science, Pharmacy stream Experience in healthcare, patient relations, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
