ABS/CLO Investment Professional

A ~$50b alternative asset manager in Midtown Manhattan is looking to add an ABS Investment Associate Director/Associate to its growing team on a hybrid basis (3x in office per week). This is a true investment position with an emphasis on someone bringing strong Excel and Intex to the table. Compensation is competitive. Responsibilities Evaluate, source, structure, and execute investment opportunities across ABS/CLO landscape Contribute to all phases of the investment process Lead negotiation of term sheets and credit agreements Interface with counterparties; build/develop relationships; manage deal flow and investment pipeline Qualifications 2-8 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of structured credit fundamentals Exceptional xuwmhxw structuring/underwriting background and skilled in Excel and Intex Experience analyzing loan agreements, negotiating covenants is a plus; credit structuring experience is a plus Self-starter with high personal and ethical standards Bachelor's degree
