We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join our Fundraising team as a Fundraising Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the organization'sfundraising efforts by fostering meaningful relationships with Individual Donors entities, securing sponsorships, and engaging donors to support our mission of social impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with individual donors.
• Assist in donor meetings, follow-ups, and outreach activities.
• Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate donor records and databases.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations related to fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good relationship-building and coordination skills.
• Interest in social work and community development will be an added advantage.
