Role Overview
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented media professional with a basic understanding of media planning and a strong interest in working with data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on presentations, analysing information, and supporting media planning and mapping activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in media planning, mapping, and campaign execution across relevant media platforms.
Assist in understanding client briefs and translating them into basic media requirements.
Work with media data, reports, and campaign performance information to derive meaningful insights.
Prepare and maintain Power Point presentations, media plans, reports, and trackers.
Support the team in analysing media performance and preparing campaign summaries.
Work with BARC data and develop a basic understanding of television audience measurement and ratings.
Coordinate with internal teams and media partners to collect relevant information and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accuracy in data, reports, and presentations.
Assist senior team members with research, competitor analysis, media mapping, and other planning requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Basic understanding of media and advertising.
Working knowledge of BARC and television ratings.
Basic understanding of media planning and media mapping.
Strong comfort with data and numbers.
Good working knowledge of Power Point.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in a media agency, advertising agency, or related environment.
