Job Description * Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. * Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery. * Drive budgeting, value engineering, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations. * Partner closely with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution and risk management. * Mentor junior team members while contributing to business development and future project opportunities. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: * 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience. * Experience delivering healthcare, industrial, warehouse, K-12, mission critical, or higher education projects. * Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused approach. * Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to grow into senior leadership roles. What's on Offer Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary + bonus potential. * 10% annual bonus, 3-4 weeks PTO, and strong benefits package. * $875 monthly vehicle allowance and relocation assistance available. * Clear progression from PM to Senior PM, Project Executive, Director, and VP.
