At Bloomingdale's, we're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Operations to join the Roosevelt Field store leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, driving operational excellence, and delivering business results.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, oversee all facets of store operations, and partner across the organization to ensure seamless execution. From fulfillment and customer service to expense management, workforce planning, and technology adoption, you'll be at the center of what makes our stores successful.
