Job Description
GiveDirectly is seeking a Growth Manager, Paid Media to own and optimize our paid media programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. You will design, launch, and refine campaigns to drive conversion and revenue targets while maintaining rigorous measurement and reporting.
The role requires 3-5+ years in growth or performance marketing, managing large budgets, and a strong test-and-learn mindset. This is a fully remote position with overlap to East Africa time zones.
