Customer service representative

Meridian Watches is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohali. You’ll be responsible for providing clear, timely and helpful support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries across email, Whats App and other support channels
Assist with orders, deliveries, replacements and warranty queries
Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues
Assist with refunds and payment-related queries
Manage customer requests using e-commerce platforms and tools
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with an e-commerce company is preferred
Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, payment gateways or similar tools is preferred
Organised, detail-oriented and solution-focused
Comfortable working full-time from our Mohali office
Experience: 1–3 years
