Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring an Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project execution
Responsibilities:
- Manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams.
- Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.
- Support BIM coordination, clash resolution, and constructability reviews.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader
- Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in: Revit, Autodesk
- Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills
