Job Description – Sales Associate​

Key Responsibilities 

∙Research and identify qualified prospects in target industries, primarily healthcare and legal.  

∙Build and maintain prospect lists through online research and CRM tools.  

∙Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.  

∙Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new business.  

∙Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients.  

∙Develop customized outreach strategies rather than relying solely on automated campaigns.  

∙Build strong relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling.  

∙Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.  

∙Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.  

∙Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with project managers and leadership.  

∙Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.  

Key Success Metrics 

∙Number of qualified leads generated.  

∙Meetings booked with prospective clients.  

∙Sales conversion rate.  

∙Revenue generated from new clients.  

∙CRM accuracy and activity tracking.  

∙Consistent achievement of weekly and monthly sales goals. 

Required Qualifications 

∙2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.  

∙Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.  

∙Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.  

∙Strong internet research and prospecting skills.  

∙Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.  

∙Comfortable working remotely and meeting performance targets.  

∙Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
