Role Description :
We’re hiring Customer Support Executives for Babli
Location: Khokhra (Near Maninagar), Ahmedabad
Full-time, On-site (10 AM to 7 PM)
We’re looking for people who are:
• Good at Hindi & English communication
• Comfortable handling Whats App, Instagram, email & customer call support
• Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented while handling customers
• Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce, Google Sheets, and Whats App API tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, Spur, etc.
Freshers can apply. Prior D2 C/e-commerce experience is a plus.
Salary:• Based on experience, communication skills & performance
